How the Program Works...

 

Weekly Live Meetings

Join us for 6 live meetings each month to help integrate Ayurveda into your daily life. Each meeting will include a teaching topic, group discussion or breakout groups, and Q&A based on what you are experiencing returning to life at home. Every meeting will be video-recorded and accessible for viewing later if you miss it live.

10 Practice-Based Teachings

Each meeting we will explore a specific practice from Ayurveda to support living in harmony with nature. Topics include body care practices, food and Ayurveda nutrition, daily routines and timing, movement guidelines, making medicine, and more. Over the span of 6 months, we will explore 10 different practices.

Vaidyagrama Physician Sessions

Periodically Vaidyagrama physicians will teach on a specialty topic, offering deeper insights and understanding.

Private Online Forum/Text Group

Between our meetings, connect with other members of the Wise Living community on our private online forum or text group. Ask questions, share inspiration, and get support and encouragement.

Program Facilitators 

Emily Glaser, R.N.

Emily is a practitioner of Ayurveda and a lifelong student of Jyotiṣa – the ancient Indian art of divination. Emily was trained by mystical doctors and healers who guided her to fine-tune her capacity to perceive the many levels of reality that make up our human experience. Her primary teachers have been Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. A.R. Ramadas, and Penny Farrow. With a background in clinical nursing, Emily is continually engaged in the process of learning and personal development. Her whole-being enrichment approach to healing bridges the East-West paradigm. Ivy Ingram, M.A., A.P.

Ivy is an Ayurveda practitioner and advanced yoga teacher. She completed her Ayurveda certification under Dr. Vasant Lad and has been studying with the physicians of Vaidyagrama since 2011. Having completed a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 1998, and her initial Yoga teacher training in 2002, she has been helping clients experience deeper for over 20 years. She works with clients through online programs, individual consultations, seasonal cleanses and educational courses to help them find comfort in their bodies and ease in their life.
