Hi, I'm Ivy Ingram
I've spent the last 18 years studying and practicing Ayurveda... the world's oldest continuously practiced system of medicine.
I trained for two years under the renowned Dr. Vasant Lad and return to India nearly every year for ongoing study.
I also have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and have navigated my own chronic autoimmune condition using these same principles.
I created this program because I was frustrated watching women receive the same advice: "It's just hormone loss. Here's a patch." While HRT may be necessary for some women, I knew there was another way... one that honors the female body's wisdom and sees this natural transition as the initiation it truly is.
