In Session 1, we’ll roll up our sleeves and

  • Get crystal clear on the core values that we want to live by
  • Discover where we're REALLY spending our time and energy
  • Learn practical techniques to make the hard choices that honor our highest priorities (we'll play with this in real time between Sessions 1 & 2)
  • Develop a conscious relationship with our devices, so we’re using them instead of the other way around
  • Draw courage and strength from ancient wisdom and from each other to push back on the norms of today's "grind culture"

 

In Session 2, two weeks later, we’ll reconvene to…

  • Debrief and explore our efforts and successes so far, sharing our inspirations to deepen our “subtraction” practice
  • Dive into a deeper layer of teachings to strengthen our ability to "do" less and live more
  • Make an actionable plan of defensive strategies to protect our hard-won attention and values in the New Year

 

We'll dig into the nitty-gritty with printable worksheets, resource lists, and creative ideas, plus a committed community to motivate us in the tricky spots.
