What Past Participants Say...
"I felt so supported"
When the opportunity arose to receive panchakarma in India with Ivy, it was a no-brainer as the idea had been on my mind for years. And now I know my treatment would have been so very different had I been on my own.
I can’t imagine having done it without Ivy’s guidance and support, not to mention the bedrock of her deeply steeped wisdom in and personal experience of Ayurveda generally and panchakarma specifically.
Her love and care were essential to my sometimes-challenging cleansing and healing stay and remained impactful long after treatment. It is obvious how rooted and respected she is in the Vaidyagrama community, so by extension I felt especially held under her umbrella.
I also felt so supported by the larger circle of attentive doctors and therapists, as well as fellow patients. If you are ever going to do panchakarma in India, this is the place and the way to do it — with Ivy’s unconditional and unwavering support.

"I appreciated Ivy's vast knowledge of Ayurveda..."
Before traveling to India, people told me to ‘plan well, but be prepared for the unexpected and ready to pivot at any given moment.’ This was portentous advice and a great reason to have someone versed in Indian customs and culture, such as Ivy, act as your Panchakarma guide.
When I decided to join Ivy’s group, she sent a very thorough and helpful packet of information to prepare for my trip, including step-by-step instructions for obtaining an e-visa. I had already filed for my e-visa but realized from Ivy’s instructions that I had done it incorrectly, so I re-applied and received the e-visa just 2 days later!
Then 3 weeks into my trip to India (before getting to Vaidyagrama), I took a fall, resulting in a fractured wrist and elbow. Who would have conceived that the next day, by reaching out to Ivy, I would be connected with the top orthopedic surgeon in New Delhi and have surgery that next day? Ivy was so kind and compassionate and kept checking in on me after surgery, which meant the world to me - and our program hadn’t even started yet!
At Vaidyagrama, staff members treated us with Indian warmth and hospitality. It’s a serene green setting in the simplistic beauty of Tamil Nadu. Ivy met with us each day over the program, which proved very helpful and cathartic. I appreciated her vast knowledge of Ayurveda and Yogic Philosophy and her openness and compassion when speaking about challenging issues that arose, always with authenticity and care.
I appreciated Ivy’s clarity, intelligence, and warmth. Thank goodness for Ivy, my angel who looked after me!
