• 14 Weekly Group Mentorship Sessions – Thursdays @ 11:45am-1pm Eastern / 8:45-10am Pacific (75 minutes)
• 1 Individual Welcome Consultation with Ivy to identify goals, relevant health history, and specific guidance (1 hour)
• 1 Individual Check-in Consultation halfway through with Ivy to troubleshoot, refine practices, and stay inspired (25 minutes)
• Weekly Curriculum Email with videos, articles and learning resources
• Your own Program Partner for support and inspiration
• Online Community Forum & Text Group moderated by Ivy for Q&A and support
• Ayuryoga Video Library with guided practices to support your integration of yoga, prānāyāma, meditation and relaxation into your life and routines
• Online Classroom Resources including Info Sheets, Self-Study Guides, Recipes, Suggested Reading List, and other Resources

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Course Registration Policy

• Submitting the full tuition or the deposit on a payment plan is required to secure your spot for the program. 
• Course content is non-transferable and cannot be shared with non-members. If members break this policy, it is grounds for removal with no refund of fees.

Refund Policy

• There is a 2-week cancellation period. If you determine the program is not a good fit within 2 weeks after your first live full-group session, and you notify Ivy in writing via email at [email protected], then we will refund any payments made minus a $200 cancellation fee. 
• The cancellation fee covers time spent setting up your account, preparing materials, enrollment processes, and the disruption of the group process due to withdrawal.
• After the 2-week cancellation period, no refunds will be made. This includes all payment plans - they will be collected for the full committed amount, even if you stop attending the program sessions.
• This Refund Policy is established in recognition of the fact that you will have access to valuable recorded and written program content right away. Also, to receive the promised value of the program, a year's participation is required. You will likely face challenging moments along the way, and the year-long commitment is necessary to carry you through those moments in order to receive the full value you are seeking. 

Live Session Recording Policy

• Live sessions take place on Zoom livestream services. While using their platform you must comply with Zoom policies. 
• Ivy Ingram (A.K.A. Earth Wisdom, Inc.) will record and store all live sessions for the benefit of all Inner Wisdom Circle members to view. By attending the live sessions, you agree for your voice and image to be recorded and stored by Ivy for this purpose, and to have the recording uploaded to the Online Classroom for course members to access. 
• This material will not be shared with third parties. Ivy will ask for your consent before sharing any recording of you outside of the course members’ community.
