IVY INGRAM
Ivy is a dedicated Ayurveda Practitioner, Vedic Chanting teacher and advanced Yoga Instructor.
She has been teaching yoga since 2002, and became a certified Ayurveda Practitioner in 2010, training for 2 years with Dr. Vasant Lad. She also trained in India at Vaidyagrama Ayurveda, a traditional treatment center.
She has a master’s degree in counseling psychology, an undergraduate degree from Brown University, and an advanced Ayuryoga instructor certification.

Ramkumar
Ramkumar is a student of Ayurveda and other traditional Indian knowledge systems. Over the last 2 decades, he has given talks and conducted workshops across the world promoting health, happiness and contentment.
He is a Founder-Director of Punarnava Ayurveda, an institution committed to “Authentic Ayurveda for Universal Well Being.”
Punarnava Ayurveda is currently engaged in the creation of vaidyagrama – an experimental green self-sustaining authentic Ayurveda healing community on the outskirts of Coimbatore in South India. to learn more visit vaidyagrama.com.

EMILY GLASER
Emily Glaser, RN, is a practitioner of Ayurveda and a lifelong student of Jyotiṣa. Her primary teachers have been Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. A.R. Ramadas, and Penny Farrow.
She facilitates dynamic group transformation for healing and deeper self-understanding.
Her work is counseled by the planets, guided by the rhythm and patterns of Mother Nature.

With its rich heritage and rustic elegance, the retreat center provides the perfect backdrop for our transformative gatherings and nourishing meals.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If cancellation occurs prior to February 15, 2026 you will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of 25% of full retreat price.
- If cancellation occurs on or after Feb 15, 2026, we will make every effort to fill your place with another paying client. If we are able to do so, then you will receive a refund minus the 25% cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your place, no refund can be given as we will have made commitments to our vendors.

A portion of the profits from this retreat will support the charity activities of Vaidyagrama Healing Village through Punarnava Healing Community Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We support the village communities outside Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, through free Ayurveda medical camps, daily food programs for the elderly, and youth empowerment programs.
